There isn't one as far as I can tell. We picked Zurb for a site I was working on, and subsequently switched to Bootstrap, since that's where all the momentum (themes, plugins, etc...) seems to be. Zurb is high quality stuff, but Bootstrap is good too, with more weight behind it - for now, at least.
