  The installation process is a bit involved, but once you’re up and running it runs Debian
Preinstalled?

Can you install another distro on it?

Its not pre-installed, it comes with a weird Linux/Android hybrid if I remember correctly.

The kernel is vanilla mainline Linux so if you can compile it, you should be able to run it.
