Yet another person who’s unaware of TCC. You misconfigured your security settings for your terminal app. You need to give it full disk access, or otherwise just open the folder in Finder.

Giving a browser full disk access is definitely not a good idea: I think it is you who has misconfigured.

At the time of my reply they wrote Firefox. Now it says Finder. Snarky edit!
