The very first line of their README:

"Blender's user interface, as a library you can use from Python, Rust, JavaScript (React, Svelte), C, C++ and Dear ImGui."

This tells me a huge amount of what I need to know, if I'm interested in this project or not.

It is complete, if you realize that its the subtitle to the "BUI" title. Read it as if there is a colon between the two.
