I’m maintaining awesome-multiplayer-games[0], and was also surprised about a recent surge of attempts to add AI-made games (or simply other unrelated games), despite not being very popular or so. I suppose LLMs are helping to find these kinds of repos and can quickly create PRs, in attempt at promoting projects. I’ve now added official contributing guidelines that I can point at when closing such PRs.
