Full-stack engineer who came to software after a decade of process and R&D engineering in manufacturing. Part-time at Downshift by design; looking for a full-time role, available now.

- At Downshift (TypeScript/NestJS/React Native): shipped 30+ features end to end and took 260 QA-reported bugs to tested builds in a codebase I joined mid-flight. That's 92 merged PRs across API, web and mobile in 67 working days, each run through a Claude Code plan → review → implement → test pipeline I designed. - Replaced a hard paywall with a metered free tier by merging three plan checks that disagreed into one entitlement resolver. Also built In-App Purchase on iOS and Android through RevenueCat.

- Shipped app-wide dark mode on web, iOS and Android by moving widgets onto design tokens (434 hard-coded colors down to 117).

- Household Tracker (Rails 8.1, Hotwire, Web Push): replaced a family Google Sheet with a shared bill-tracking PWA. It sends daily reminders in each member's time zone that never double-send, has a CSV import that's safe to re-run, and runs ~365 tests in CI.

- Pet Tracker (Rails 8.1, Hotwire Native): turns health-checkup photos into structured records with Gemini vision. Care reminders fall back from Android push to LINE to email.
