Is this satire? Or haven't you noticed that what actually happens is that the politicians are all owned by the elite 1%, and they allow you to choose between politician A and politician B who both take their orders from the elite to give you the illusion that the government is the 99% ruling the 1%.

It will be very interesting to see if USA swims or drowns from appropriately afar.
