Interesting post!
When you say "Full-time, 32h, 24h possible | €5,000/month (full-time)" is the €5,000/month salary pegged at 40h/week so that the actual payment is scaled up/down based on the number of hours worked per week?

Yes. That’s right. But fixed amount of hours per contract.
Although we are flexible to move days back or forth between weeks.

Wow, we get a lot of applicants. Thanks!
A tip for the upcoming ones: please tell us about yourself instead of repeating the job ad back to us. Leave your AI off for 10 minutes, and give us those spelling mistakes!

Looks like a fun job, and an interesting company!
As feedback I just want to say, the salary feels low. I work in the Netherlands too and I think I’d have all your requirements. However, the job would be a big step down in salary - that’s also compared to similar roles I see around.
Hi HN, I'm Adriaan. Simple Analytics exists thanks to HN: it started with my Show HN in 2018 [1]. Today we're a self-funded, profitable team of four building privacy-first analytics.
Privacy is why we run our own bare-metal servers instead of the cloud. We're preparing for a LOT more traffic, and you'll own the infrastructure and its reliability. We have good documentation. First project: leading the infra side of our Elasticsearch to ClickHouse migration, with Alex, our developer.
Stack: Ansible, OpenTofu, Docker Compose, Grafana, GitHub Actions, TypeScript. Clear async communication matters more than knowing every tool.
