Sceptre. They have okay 4K panels at ludicrously cheap prices at Walmart that don’t have WiFi or a network port or any smarts at all. HDMI goes in, rendered images come out, end of story.

Do they sell them in stores, because they seem to always be sold out on the website every time I check?

Huh—I see from a sibling commenter that this has been the state of Sceptre TVs for a bit. That’s unfortunate; these have been my go-to recommendation for years.

I have picked one up from a brick-and-mortar store, but at the time they were still listed online as well; I just did that to save on shipping.
