Is the quality and accessibility of healthcare in those countries equal? There are very few countries in which all healthcare is paid by the government and private insurance is banned. Most developed countries have a two-tier system where poor people with only the government health plan get reasonable access to essential healthcare services but often can't obtain more advanced treatments, or have to wait in long queues. Affluent people then pay for supplemental private insurance to obtain faster and higher quality services. Healthcare providers typically prioritize patients who have private insurance that pays higher rates.
If you live in a country where you pay $400 in taxes but all healthcare is paid for by the government, you are better off than someone living in a country where they have to pay only $300 in taxes - but an additional $200 for private health insurance just to cover what you get for "free".
