I don’t buy these claims anymore, and haven‘t been for a long time. I think you [as in you boosters; not you specifically] are full of shit. I don‘t think you know what AI will become, you just dream up some scenario where everything becomes better by some magic, but it won’t. It will become worse. People loose their jobs, people loose their tenures, and instead we get just more and more slop, more and more span, energy becomes more expensive, our planet becomes more polluted, our internet becomes more polluted. Our servers become overrun by bot traffic, our gaming machines become too expensive, etc. etc.

I just want you to stop making things worse. I just want you to stop training more AI. It sucks, I hate it, and I want it gone.
