Have about a year of experience with EU startups as a contractor which includes backend development work for a Portuguese startup where i built a RAG based document validation pipeline for over 8000 customers and web dev work for a German agency on a document management PWA with 1k+ active users. Mainly PERN stack with Next.Js, Supabase and Python/FastAPI for the applied AI stuff
Being based out of India and given the cost of living difference, I can start for around 7-8 USD/hr (or equivalent in your currency) which can be a good way for us to get started while I prove my worth. 1000-1200 USD for full time work per month is good for me to start.
