It looks like credible evidence has been raised. But I see zero evidence any international organizations are investigating in the way that term is usually used. “Have taken note of” is more accurate.

Sure. Still not "investigate." The editorialized title takes what may have been a real issue and, by misrepresenting it, makes it look like a nutjob convention.
