"largely solved" is my new favorite/hated phrase.
You can say it in any context and people will think you're the smartest person in the world while simultaneously dismissing their concerns with no chance for rebuttal.
"Parenting is largely solved"
"Democracy is largely solved"
"Hunger is largely solved"
