I'm in similar boat as you but for me, a lot of these are yes. Some went "Nope" for a short while but slowly getting back to yes. That's why they are real luxuries...

Not really. It is just a combination of great parenting team, money, and a happy healthy baby. While I'm sure a lot of that is luck (about baby), I am sure mother/baby eating obsessively healthy stuff is a big part of it. People give formula, cake candy choco, suger food, carb etc to babies...and they wonder why they act crazy.
