Is that guy supposed to be TikTok's CEO? As far as I can tell the CEO's name is Shou Zi Chew and he's from Singapore. Photo: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shou_Zi_Chew

Not the same guy as in the video but maybe there is a US division or something?

Added: youtube blurb says the guy in the video is Adam Presser, CEO of TikTok US joint venture.

According to the description the YouTube video this is Adam Presser, and yeah he is the CEO of TikTok’s U.S. joint venture, TikTok USDS.
