Agreed, there's zero connection to his biological fathers story and how he grew up. The student visa thing is even more bizzare, it's just a bunch of incongruent sentences

And Andy Grove was himself an immigrant, as is Jensen Huang of NVidia. Bezos’ father was born in Cuba.

I’d bet he’d never point this out.
