I do have to admit that my estimation of Hank Green has fallen a bit. The first blow was the terrible video he did about knitting. This AI thing wouldn't be a big deal to me on its own, but after that it starts to smell like a pattern.
It may be that my opinion of him was always unrealistically high. He is charismatic and speaks with a great deal of confidence, after all.
On the other hand, he seems to be dealing with this stuff head-on, which speaks well of him.
