Well if you get your friends and family to help to build them (which is what people used to do) and then cut a deal for cheap land in remote Nebraska

Just pretend like it’s 1950 and use the tools and build the community you need to do it like they did back then

I grew up in remote Nebraska. You can't afford it there either, especially on remote Nebraska wages
