I believe we can do the same with pre-commit linter such as ruff pre-commit or pylint pre-commit?

Or the same as gitlab sast or a lot of others, or even via manually filtering.

Author is spamming, renaming, and changing the code.

Especially with a few commits just renaming the project and removing the roadmap.
