OP link seems to be a real news site, but 1) it’s a video, no full article, and 2) other news sites are saying Trump was making a joke. I don’t agree with Trump “joking” about it, but OP headline seems too certain in the opposite direction. Perhaps “teases” 2028 run would be a far better headline.
