Drivers already don't go to lower income neighborhoods.

And most people in lower income neighbourhoods can't afford Uber. Let's not make them out as some liberating force for the poor, now.

I'm simply pointing out that there is no "universal service" in the taxi world now. I'm not claiming that Uber will create such a service.
