This is sick. ANYONE posting this is an ANTIHUMANIST COMMUNIST. Look at the SCIENCE. This is not about them pointing out numbers, this is about them trying to FORCE YOU NOT TO BE ALLOWED TO EAT BEEF. Think about that. This is not science, this is fascism, their goal is to remove your freedoms. Before you reply like an ignorant redditor, they already did when they pushed esg/dei and you didn't even know how it affected you, but you will retaliate against this - don't, that's your herd mentality lashing out, you want to deny that you were harmed / were ignorant of something. It's ok.
1 lb good beef (80/20 ground):
~1150 calories, 78g high-quality complete protein, 91g fat, 0 carbs
Packed with bioavailable heme iron (~9mg), zinc, B12, selenium, phosphorus
Includes creatine, carnosine, and easily absorbed nutrients humans use efficiently
Compact, satisfying, no anti-nutrients or indigestible fiber
Delivers superior nutrition per calorie for human consumption
Same ~1150 calories from typical cattle feed (for humans):
Would require several pounds of mixed grain/silage/hay (much is mostly fiber)
Lower quality protein (incomplete, less digestible), fewer usable calories due to cellulose humans can't break down
Minimal or no B12, much lower heme iron and zinc bioavailability (phytates inhibit absorption)
Bulky volume with anti-nutrients; provides mostly carbs/fiber, not dense micronutrients
Cattle upgrade this low-value feed into highly nutritious beef, "lost calories" ignores nutrient conversion
