You're selling yourself here, and extremely poorly.

You've fallen in to some sort of trap where you think that you should get to work on whatever you want, and things should magically be given to you (or so it seems). Life doesn't work like that. You have to figure out a way to have your basic needs taken care of first, then play time comes. Some people manage to get to a point where step 2 covers step 1, but you're not there.

Maybe you'll get there one day, but begging for money doesn't seem a sustainable way of making that happen. You'll be here in 3 months again even if someone gave you a boatload of money for an apartment or car, because you value "doing whatever and only whatever I want" over "providing for my own needs first".

As others have said, I'm surprised that you have no medical care in Germany because it's too expensive. My presumption was that some degree of medical care was available free of charge. Perhaps you've got some special disease which requires paid medical support only?
