Building this right now across a portfolio of 6 apps. My setup: three specialized agents — one for content creation (handles LinkedIn, email, blog, YouTube scripts), one for engagement monitoring (scans HN, Reddit, DEV.to, Mastodon for relevant threads and drafts responses), and one for distribution (routes content to 29 platform accounts).
The key insight was separating the agents by function rather than by platform. A "LinkedIn agent" and a "Reddit agent" duplicate too much logic. Instead: create agent → distribute agent → monitor agent. Each references a shared product dictionary (JSON with URLs, taglines, audience definitions) so voice stays consistent.
Biggest limitation: most platforms don't have posting APIs, so the last mile is still manual. The agents draft, I approve and paste.
