This was the plan from the get-go:

    1. Illegal tariffs made
    2. Companies pay tariffs
    3. Companies sell goods with tariff passed on
    4. tariffs deemed illegal
    5. companies get refunds on tariffs
    6. COMPANIES KEEP TARIFFS
    7. The customers get fucked.
