PBC is a completely meaningless label. The only reason it exists is bluesky advertising. Bluesky is a corporation the same as any other.

PBC changes one thing from a C corp, as I understand it, the investors cannot sue over financial stewardship and the related.

It's not much, but it's also not insignificant and does mean they can prioritize something besides the investors
