Built an EPUB reader in about 4 months and felt ready to ship.
First TestFlight batch revealed freezing and crashes I never saw in development.

Sean Allen's "90/90 rule" finally clicked: the first 90% of the work takes 90% of the time, and the last 10% takes the other 90%.
