I don't know what kind of state of unemployment you exist in, but running a company has enough headaches day to day ... we have one big mission to solve for society's benefit ... we focus on that so we can do a good job at it and deliver value at scale. We don't go looking to mouth off on every other thing that is going on because we need to be focused to provide value to our customers. So that's why we only complain after it affects our company. This is not "precious" this is just necessity.
