So you are saying that they should start something like Amazon Payments?

I am sure that they are looking into it and the 'Facebook Gifts' might play very easily into all this.

It would be a credit card people apply for and can opt-in to using on these offers on Facebook (and throughout Facebook's off-site ad network, if they choose to do that.)
