I can't believe anyone would grace this with a meaningful response, let alone have it make the front page. This is about as low effort a post as it gets. Let me put it another way for you:

If this is the best you can do to muster a question in 2025, I promise you every aspect of robotics is 100x harder than this. You simply said "I wanna do this. It SHOULD be more accessible but <incoherent excuse>."

Again, if you can't find a thread to pull on in 2025 to get started I am giving you honest advice that getting into the field of robotics probably isn't a great fit for you.

I agree, it was a low effort question, but it is obviously interesting to a number of people on this site. Op is also not wrong that it can be very difficult to find good information on robotics currently. If you are in academia and are plugged into the right departments, there is plenty of good info, but it is complex enough that getting into it as a hobby is difficult.

People love to hate. Insted of using this post to give back with the link of courses knowledge etc, just rage. And we wonder why the world is in such state...
