Devin was too early. They fell for the "I'm going to make a huge highly complex LLM workflow that compensates for model deficiencies" trap that caught up so many companies last year. It's all just a big ball of mud that has been completely obseleced in the last 6 months by frontier model advancements. Truly autonomous self correcting agents are the way forward.
