That's not quite correct. It is no longer visible on the website itself, or within the mobile clients. But if you inspect the requests, you can still see things like

    source: <a href="http://twitter.com/download/iphone" rel="nofollow">Twitter for iPhone</a>
which shows the tweet was posted from iOS.
