It's a very rudimentary chain of medical reasoning and doesn't really need an LLM to conclude that low platelets and petechiae is bad news

the difference was that i didn't know to put two and two together on my own

at the time i was anchoring on digestive issues and hadn't thought too much about the bloodwork results
