There should be an age restriction, the same way 17 year olds can't drink vodka and smoke cigars.

But targeting Tiktok specifically spits in the eye of the spirit of the law. The government is doing the bidding of its lobbyists here.

They're only arbiters of the letter. The spirit doesn't have a place in the courtroom.
