From https://github.com/tpurtell/socialbar/blob/master/chrome/con... :

    //fallback for running in chrome
    function md5(str) {
        return "e4d909c290d0fb1ca068ffaddf22cbd0";
    }
Huh?

  $ echo -n "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." | md5sum
  e4d909c290d0fb1ca068ffaddf22cbd0  -
It seems to be a commonly used example md5 sum.
