OK firstly you stole my point and secondly it is more accurate to say that most death is caused by lack of oxygen to the brain.

I fail to see what is so bad about saying that I have already posted pretty much exactly the same thing in exactly the same context. Scroll down and you will see my post. I think that originality matters and that it is better to merge duplicate concepts rather than reproducing them.
