I've never used Arduino but have done a lot of work with mbed and their compiler is browser/cloud based so this is a great for Arduino.

One of the benefits of something like this is that it is not tied to one platform and, more importantly, it can be used in schools, universities and other institutions with archaic IT policies where installing software is a trial.
