Yep, libertarians are holding the middle ground between anarchy and liberal democracy, so we can use libertarians as contrary example here too.

There is no known «libertarian democracies» in the wild also, so we can assume that their philosophy is not ready for use in production. IMHO, some evolving democracies are most close to a «libertarian democracy» in some areas, because rules of play are lagging behind.
