Please use a VPN, this will circumvent any local limitations..

If they block VPN services you could try using a VPS to configure your own server.

That unless they drop connections they detect as behaving like a VPN, something those devices can do..

But i can say for sure that if i was the manager for that network and i caught you circumventing the protections in place you would be in trouble...

If you want to access stuff that is not authorized in the network use your cellular connection for that.
