How is that "Russia is blowing up schools in Lviv"? Clearly the target was something else in the vicinity.

Attributing callous and senseless acts to Russia is so common in Ukrainian and western propaganda that people like you and the author of the comment I replied to don't even ask themselves "why"? Why would Russians do something that rotten from the moral point of view and so wasteful from the purely military pov? Because they are stupid savage beasts, that's why!
