A 6 core OoO CPU with 6-wide µop issue running at 4.2 GHz is 8x faster than a 4 core in-order 2-wide CPU running at 1.5 GHz?

(6/4) * (6/2) * (4.2/1.5) = 12.6

Who would ever have guessed it might be 8x faster, without running the test?
