I made a open-source database-free developer tools navigator DevToolset - https://devtools.net . All data are stored in json file in the Github repo https://github.com/iAmCorey/devtoolset. Everyone can submit develop tools by editing the relevant json file and submit a Pull Request. And the project is open-source on https://github.com/iAmCorey/devtoolset. This project has a bunch of features - Database-free Architecture, Dynamic Content, Markdown Support, Admin Interface, Responsive Design, SEO Friendly, Easy Deployment. Everyone can easily build your own CMS system in several steps without set up a database and server.
