AntennaPod

-- Supports Searching

-- Can group subscriptions using tags

-- has got sleep timer (don't know about fading playback)

-- No ads

Thank you, though AntennaPod is the one that I mentioned I'm trying to move away from.

I've been using AntennaPod for years, about 2 years back they updated the UI into what it is today. Worse UI update of any app I use, it was simple before, now it's confusing, cramped, and just visually ugly.

Having said all that, I haven't found anything better. Watching this thread with interest.
