Let us not forget that when a poll was done in Denver in the 90s, the prevailing opinion of the best Mexican Restaurant was Taco Bell. Consensus is one thing, prevailing opinion is another, both have their limits.

I'm also not entirely clear how this app applies to any of it. This seems to be trying to monetize popular posts on an app. "Get paid for upvotes" kind of thing. Nobody will game that at all. /s
