Russia, #2? Not buying that, not after Russia's poor performance in Ukraine and the large losses they took in personnel and equipment.

Finland has spent the last 70 years strengthening its military to keep the Russians away, and they are well below Nigeria on the list. It is fairly safe to say that the list has absolutely nothing to do with reality.
