What you explain is the vanity of one non-expert primate diagnosing others across a huge bubble in space time.

Such distant diagnosis violates medical ethics, inserts ones overly specific perception, emotional bias into the diagnosis.

I would do better if others did, which ultimately is my point; gatekeepers everywhere are wrong.
