Looks like it's hosted on Turbify by the image domains, except for an incidental 1x1 spacer that's hotlinked to Virtumondo's website. From what I can find about them they had a lawsuit in 2010 (before my time) for spamming and PG also complains about them spamming him, so I suppose he added it to annoy them with useless traffic.

BTW I know he does not use anything modern.

Possible he learned HTML. That’s how we did amazing sites like his in the olden days before stacks.
