Is there more context than the single tweet? Twitter doesn't display threads to non-users anymore and Nitter is dead, so I can't see if the follow up mentioned ever happened.
No, and I don't recall anything about that "#staytuned" materializing. IIRC this was related to a license renewal that got ugly.
