What about applying to a code school? I mean something IRL, 4 to 8 weeks of intensive programming with good teachers and most importantly other people like you who are willing to learn and may turn out to be potential cofounders. I believe there are quite a few options available, even though I can't remember the names right now.

Most importantly: don't stay alone or you have good chance of not doing anything at all.
